| Objective : | Chill down incoming water from the Merced River in a single pass to the desired temperature to provide optimal growth in the hatchery facility. |
| Description : | Delta Hydronics provided a complete Chilling system in conjunction with Integrated Aqua Systems. Using a heat recovery design, which utilized the cold water leaving the hatchery to pre-chill the incoming river water, Delta Hydronics was able to cut down on overall chilling tonnage, saving money, electricity, and reducing carbon footprint. |
