Meet the Delta Hydronics Team



Rick Murray

Principal/Engineer, I.S.E.

Rick started Delta Hydronics in 1988 in Oldsmar, Florida and has been the head of the company ever since. During this time, he has morphed the company from specializing in the Hospitality Industry to Commercial Aquatics (Aquaculture, Hydroponics, Zoos, Aquariums, Resort Pools, etc.). With over 35 years of experience working with temperature control systems, and over 20 years with aquatic applications, Rick has the knowledge and experience to design the perfect system for you. Rick graduated with an Industrial Engineering Degree from Ohio University.

Erin Murray

V.P. Aquatics Sales / Business Development & Operations

Erin joined the Delta Hydronics team in December of 2013 in a sales and business development role. Growing up around the business and during his tenure with Delta Hydronics, Erin has obtained the knowledge and experience to help you with any of your temperature control needs. Erin also handles operations development and marketing for Delta Hydronics. Erin graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business.

Susan Bagby

Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Susan joined the Delta Hydronics team in July of 2015 and has been a great addition to the company. Susan has over 35 years of Office Management, Banking & Insurance experience and handles inside sales, marketing, Trade Show events, our Website and much more. She is our Plate Heat Exchanger specialist handling Zoos, Aquariums and more. Susan went to Tampa College, majored in computer programming for 9 months then changed her major to Commercial Art.

Robert Moore

Quality Control & Production Engineer

Robert joined the Delta Hydronics team in April of 2010 and has taken on the role of designing, building, and installing our various skid packages. Robert has over 30 years in the Manufacturing and Fabrication industries and joined Delta Hydronics after moving to Florida from Rhode Island. Rob’s attention to detail, knowledge, and experience help ensure the high quality of all Delta Hydronics’ products. Robert has 2 years Plumbing, Heating & AC degree from New England Institute of Technology in RI and 2 years Stationary Operations Engineering School at The National Association of Power Engineers in RI.

Chris Bell

HydroMarine Shop Supervisor

Chris joined the Delta Hydronics team in June of 2016 and is currently responsible for the production and quality of our HydroMarine Chillers and Heat Pumps. Chris has 2 years navy service as sub mechanic and a 2-year Associates degree from Del Mar College in Texas with a concentration in OSHA.

Colleen Asel

Administrative Assistant

Colleen joined the Delta Hydronics team in July of 2018, and has over 40 years of combined experience from Ameritech and The University of Michigan. Colleen’s responsibilities include administrative duties such as processing and receiving Purchase Orders, Billing, and Coordinating freight delivery to clients.

Roberto Cabello

Aquatics Engineer

Roberto joined the Delta Hydronics team in January of 2022 in an engineering support role and has also been working in production planning and sales. Being part of the conversation to engineer solutions for clients has meant going to several job sites and trade shows to understand the problems and the available solutions in our industry. Roberto moved to Florida from Texas, and graduated from UT Rio Grande Valley with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
